About Mermaids - Starfish Swim Team
The Bayonne Mermaids-Starfish Swim Team was established in 1963 by Thomas k. Wojslawowicz. Since then the team has provided great service and a place to belong for children and young adults of our community and neighboring communities. Our club is structured into 5 groups that accommodate swimmers from the very young age of 5 to 19. Currently the program is under the direction of Head Coach Mohamed Abdelaal.
Locations
-During the short course season (Sept-Apr)Our team swims out of Lincoln Community School right off 30th St. and Prospect Ave, Bayonne, NJ
-During the Long Course Season (May-August) our team swims out of the G. Thomas DiDomenico Municipal pool located right off 16th St and Ave , Bayonne, NJ
